Good hopitality, humble and experianced doctor, i have paranial fistula, after admitted at 4 different private hospital, this is the place that full fill my expectation. As a petient we dont have much info in medical advise, what is going on, what is the best procedure, and so many what, why, how in my brain eventhough we can ask Mr Google (same but different laaa) . My wife underwent a minor operation with Dr. Zailani. Alhamdulillah, the service and explanation regarding the illness faced were excellent and detailed. They explained the WHY, WHAT, WHEN, WHO, HOW... everything was explained very well. Thank you also to all the nurses at the Medical Ward on Level 4. They all treated patients well and were courteous. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to the Security and Front Desk departments for finding my wallet in the guest room and contacting me for its return. Alhamdulillah, the security staff and the honest staff in that department performed their duties diligently.
