Being a foreign patient, I get extraordinary services and assistance from everyone from this hospital. A very advanced hospital indeed. We had nice and friendly experience from Dr Ashraff Bin Mohd Ariff, such a kind and passionate professional. We had a bilateral TKR by MAKO Robotics for my father. The way Doctor demonstrated everything before and after surgery, was very kind to us. Undoubtedly, we got best service from best orthopedic surgeon. Pain management was best. Also nurses, staffs, room services were super class. Thanks PHKL for everything.

Went to see Dr Siva - ortho, for check up. Well received by the reception and his nurse. Everything went smoothly and saw him and reassured me about my condition of O.A. Bi-lateral H.Gel were given. No pain and everything was over n medicine was collected. What a breeze. Though I wish parking could be handled more efficiently. A pleasant visit I must say. Datin COP.
