I brought my husband in due to chest pain. The service at A&E was very fast. When I informed Mr. K. Siva that my husband was experiencing chest pain, my husband was immediately taken into the treatment area. The medical team and Dr. Toh provided clear explanations about my husband’s condition and the actions that would be taken. The service at A&E was excellent.

Really grateful to Dr Toh (the MO at the Emergency) for handling my child’s head injury with such calmness and speed. The explanation was clear, and the stitches were done very neatly.

Went to KPJ Damansara recently as my baby demam panas and non stop crying. Was attended by Dr Toh and what amaze me was that he was extremely caring and patient, and somehow managed to calm my child! His clear explanations really helped me to understand the situation better and terus rasa lebih reassured. Overall smooth process, and semua staff very friendly walaupun clearly busy. Visited a GP for a wound and was advised to be admitted for stitching under operation. Went to KPJ Damansara instead, and Dr Toh managed to stitch it immediately in the ED. The whole process was fast, clear, and very reassuring. Dr Toh was attentive and gentle, and all the staff were extremely helpful. Thank you so much!

I have been accompanying my cancer stricken (bone mathestheses) wife for her montly treatment protocol since early March 2019. She couldnt walk and was almost bedridden then when i started the treatment in Beacon. Today miraculously she keeps going for the treatment on her own without my assistance after her treatment at Beacon Hospital. I wish to sincerely express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Beacon Hospital and i wish to sincerely commend Beacon Hospital, the Slecialists/Doctors (Oncologists) Dato' Dr.Ibrahim, the tireless Nurses (Malinder, Agila, Saradha and all other staffs for their excellent service and who made it possible for my wife to be comfortably on her feet again and resume her normal everyday life. I also wish to thank the staffs of the Billing Department especially Ms.Suganthi, Ms.Megala and the Pharmacy staff who were ever ready always and extremely helpful to us and not forgetting Ms.Wong, Ms.Margaret who was so kind and helpful too and all other staffs whom i have missed out their names I will not hesitate to recommend everyone out there looking for medical and specialist treatment please have Beacon Hospital in mind for the excellent, treatment facilities, service & hospitality. The environment is very pleasant and comforting and you will be served by the very pleasant, helpful and hospitable staffs of the Hospital.
