Latest December 2025, I was visiting Gleneagles Penang and having 2nd foot surgery with Dr Mohana Rao. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Mohana Rao for his exceptional care and professionalism. He listened carefully to my concerns and made medical decisions that were perfectly suited to my condition. His calm and reassuring approach helped both me and my family feel at ease. The recovery process was explained clearly, and everything progressed exactly as he had informed me. This was my second surgery with Dr. Mohana Rao, and once again, I felt safe and very satisfied with the results. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Sister Cheah, specialist nurse in wound management at Gleneagles Hospital Penang, for her remarkable dedication and care in supporting my grandmother throughout his long journey of healing. Her relentless efforts and commitment have made an incredible difference in his recovery from leg ulcers, including the difficult challenges of a gangrenous foot wound and pressure sores on both feet. Beyond routine care, Sister Cheah went above and beyond by performing careful bedside wound cleaning, precise debridement, customised pressure sore padding and support and even coordinating with various specialists (especially Dato Dr.Mohana Rao) by sending detailed wound progress photos for comprehensive management. Thanks to her expertise and persistence, all the ulcers that were treatable have now fully healed; a milestone we once thought was far out of reach. Beyond her professional excellence, Sister Cheah has shown the true essence of what medical care should be: compassion, patience and genuine dedication to her patients wellbeing. Her presence has been a source of strength and reassurance, and we are immensely grateful for the profound impact she has made on this road to recovery.

2 months ago my mother's went to gmc by ambulance because hight fever and was admitted under Dr Tan May Sun. And Dr Tan was referred my mother's in law to Dato Dr Mohana due to her leg cellulitis. I really appreciate the treatment. Thanks to Dr Tan May Sun, Dato Dr Mohana, 12 ward nurses,ED MO and nurses. My mother in law recovery well.

I've been admitted in GMC penang several times... But today first time under Dr.Mohana... hez been a wonderful doctor... he is so easy to deal with, spontaneous, and so calm... not forgetting the hospital staff and services... there'll are wonderful people... quick attending, responsive, helpful and so kind... as a patient, i feel secured and respected to be in GMC...
