I was hospitalized for 5 days due to acute bronchitis. From the moment I arrived at the emergency, the nurse takes care of everything. As I could not speak much due to having difficulty to breath, they treated me though I have not managed to get my GL from insurance yet. The doctor at emergency keep follow up on my condition until I get a room. There is waiting time as room are full but I was kept comfortable and treated well in emergency I stayed at Ward5B, the nicest nurses and most professional that I have experienced as this is not my first time staying at Specialist Hospital. The room & amenities are good, very clean. Even the food taste good and the cleaner are very polite. At night I should see a nice KL panorama/lights. Thanks to Dr. Daniel Lee and all the nurses for your excellent service. I would give 5 Star + for my experience here and surely will recommend to my friends & relatives.

Came as a medical tourism patient from the USA. I've been having extreme shortness of breath for quite some time. I literally walked into Prince Court on one day, had an appointment with a Respiratory Physician, Dr. Daniel Lee the next day, complete with chest X-ray, breathing test and consultation. The physician was absolutely fantastic, very easy to understand, explained my test results to me and then prescribed exactly what I needed. This type of expedited care is almost unheard of in the USA. It would have take me over a month to do all of this in the USA. Not to mention I would also have easily paid 4-5 times more. Thank you Prince Court Medical Center, the gem of Malaysia.

This is my 10th time warded at the PCMC since 2015. All i can say that the admission process were swift and i sailed through at an ease. Special thanks to Dr Daniel Lee (Respiratory Specialist) for his extreme politeness, gentle demeanour whom i fondly remembered as the "Smiling Doctor" and his trusted winglady Nurse Vasuki, Dr Suresh for being so friendly and took an effort to sit on the sofa while talking to me so we can talk at an eye level and respecting my privacy by dismissing the nurse to avoid me feeling awkward when explaining my family health history, Ward 5C Nurse Fazidah, Dalilah, Natasya, Nurin and 1 particular nurse who i cannot get her name because she did not wear her staff name card. Assistant nurses were also super friendly, all F&B staffs with special shout out to Farhana who is full of empathy and understanding, the housekeeping team who is very polite and full of courtesy. Even Ms Punitha of Billing Department is also very accommodative. Special shout out also went to Dr Shahrin for his sweet, gentle and full of empathy assuring voice as well as choosing my favourite cannula which is pink. There are few nurses @Ward 5C as well as doctors in PCMC (no names mentioned) who seriously in dire needs for re-training on good bedside manners, courtesy, basic knocking and introducing themselves before entering inside the room (since it is extremely sensitive for hijab wearing Muslim lady to be seen without her hijab) and there is no way to know who enters the room behind the curtain. The room is a patient's privacy and nobody appreciate a doctor or nurse barging into the privacy of patient's room by calling patients on first name basis and condescending judgmental looked down attitude issues with zero empathy especially dealing with ill patient. Nobody can afford to be sick and expected to doll up like attending an Oscar after event party or able to answer all questions articulately when that patient is having difficulty to even breathe let alone talking or walking. Apart from that unfortunate events, even the Sister overseeing Ward 5C was respectful. Signing off, patient of Room 7 Ward 5C.

Detected positive for dengue and I received my medical treatment here by Dr. Daniel KC Lee, it was an amazing recovery process I’ve been through. Received daily updates on my health conditions twice daily, one in the morning and another in the afternoon. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire stay.

It's my first time here in Prince Court Medical Centre, I was warded due to Emergency reasons. Usually, I just come here to visit my family and friends. I was handled properly by the Emergency Team from Registration - Doctor session - Treatment - Admission to ward. I would say they are quick swift and my room was prepared earlier just I need to wait for my GL. I received treatment from Dr. Daniel - Respiratory and IM specialist. I was really in good hands and the services, hospitality is top notch I would say for 4 days here. Thank you to Nurses in Ward 4H such as Miss Nadiah, Shila and others (Which I cannot recalled their name) they are nice, professional and understanding. Sorry! Hope you all enjoy the Jco donuts hahahahaha thanks again! Love the wards as it's so peaceful, patients can get better rest. Keep up the good work and you all are doing great! See you all around :D
