      BTMC's Dr. Thamarai Velan did an excellent job getting my infected gall bladder removed. It had not one but two gallstones of varying sizes. Timely intervention saved me from continous discomfort. Thank you for your help! Appreciate it. Yours truly Thiruselvam Jacob P.S: Ms Julie at admission is another asset in this organisation who deserves a pat on the back for her cheerful and efficient ways.

      Good service by Dr Velan esp in explaining about the surgery, the side effects & after surgery care for optimum recovery. Very friendly, helpful, caring & quick responsive nurses.

      Dr. Thamaraivelan is a skilled and caring surgeon. After the treatment, my condition improved significantly. In addition, his nurse, Jacinta, is very humble, friendly, and approachable. She was kind, patient, and supportive throughout my visits, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
