I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the nursing team of Ward 760, the physiotherapy team, and Geriatrician Dr Low Chung Min for the excellent care provided to my father, Mr Lim XX Kim, during his 4-night stay from 9 August 2026 to 13 August 2026. Throughout his stay, the nurses were caring, patient, attentive and responsive to his needs. As an elderly patient who was physically weak and required assistance with his daily activities, their kindness and patience made him feel safe and well cared for. We are truly grateful for the effort they put into looking after him. We would also like to thank the physiotherapist for patiently assessing his mobility and helping him regain his strength and confidence in standing, walking and regain his stamina. The guidance and encouragement given to both my father and our family were very helpful. A special thank you to Dr Low Chung Min for his professionalism, patience and thorough care. We truly appreciate the time he took to assess my father's condition, explain his medical situation to our family, and coordinate his treatment and recovery. His calm and caring approach gave us a lot of reassurance during a stressful period.
