Came in for a follow-up appointment today and saw Dr. Navdeep, whom I've always admired the most. (Previously at TMC, he is now at Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialist.) I must say, this is not just about IVF; the overall environment and service are truly top-notch. From customer service to consultations, it gives you that feeling of "being cared for with dedication"! During the consultation, the doctor was as patient, meticulous, gentle, and humorous as ever. He didn't just perform the examination; he also explained in advance what we would be looking at, including the images we would see during the ultrasound: 👉 Uterus 👉 Ovaries So, I was clear about the entire process and didn't feel nervous at all. As a long-time patient from his TMC days, after this experience, I truly feel his professionalism and attitude have remained consistently excellent, which puts me at ease. If you are looking for a trustworthy, explanatory, and meticulous doctor, I highly recommend considering him. Dr. Navdeep's assistant nurse, Ker Sin, is also very attentive and patient. Thanks, Dr NAVDEEP again.The doctor is friendly, flexible, and makes patients feel comfortable throughout the journey. He is also very decisive and experienced, which gave me a lot of confidence during treatment. The team is helpful, supportive, and always willing to assist when needed. The only downside is the waiting time to see the nurses can be quite long, which could be improved. Overall, I’m grateful for the care and support provided.
