1. My kids (PEDIATRICS): (2021-2024) This hospital can be considered my second home. If not for me, it would definitely be my kids coming here. Throughout their admissions and follow-ups at this hospital, all staff have been very helpful. Especially during registration and admission, CCA staff named SHELA was always helpful and made things easy at the counter. Then, the counter nurse, PCA named SHAHIRA, and Dr. Quek were very helpful, professional, meticulous, and treated and cared for my child with great affection. They were very caring and made things easy for my family. Highly recommended if you have kids but don't know which doctor to see, look for Dr. Quek and his PCA Shahira. SECOND PEDIATRICS: DR. SAM is also very good. If Dr. Quek is not around, I will go to Dr. Sam. The best PCA & Dr. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. QUEK, DR. SAM & SHAHIRA. 2. Myself, lung problems (INTERNAL MEDICINE): (2021-2024) PCA NOOR BAIZURA, PCA to DR. TEE, is also very kind, friendly, and very helpful. Dr. Tee is also very meticulous and helpful with the problems I faced. THANK YOU SO MUCH BAIZURA & DR. TEE SHIN KUAN. 3. Myself (O&G): (2023-2024) From early pregnancy until delivery. The service from nurse PCA AMYLIA & DR. SURESHKUMAR was excellent. PCA was very helpful, kind, and funny. Dr. Sureshkumar is very funny and likes to tease (joking). PCA & Dr. both too friendly. Service was excellent, check-ups for the baby in the womb were all smooth, and explanations were very clear every time we came. Even the delivery process was very easy this time, my 5th child, with the help of the midwives in the labor room. The delivery process was very fast, and this time I don't know why, I only felt brief pain, and then my 5th baby was born. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. SURESH & PCA AMYLIA, the beautiful and sweet one. If I were to get pregnant again, I would seek out Dr. Suresh for my O&G doctor. 4. Dr. Mo Haniz (if I remember the name correctly) (2023-2024) This doctor is very professional. When setting up IV lines for my child, it was very fast, and I really liked Dr. Haniz's approach. He is very professional, to put it simply. He found the vein very quickly and then inserted the needle, done. Thank you so much Dr. Haniz, you are very PRO. 5. Finance Staff: (2020-2024) Amy, Aidil, Hafiz & a few other long-term staff. They are also very helpful and efficient. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE. 6. Physio Staff: (2020-2024) Ms. Lim & other staff whose names I forget. What's certain is that I started physiotherapy because of a hand operation under Dr. Hazli in 2020 until now, 2024. The service from physiotherapy has been very helpful and accelerated wound healing. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS. 7. CAFE: Cafe staff & staff delivering food to the ward are also very friendly and kind. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE. 8. XRAY & MRI: (2022-2023) There was a Malay woman wearing glasses. She is very good and friendly. Every time I or my family come, and she sees us, she will say hi and is very friendly. 9. DERMATOLOGY: (2022) PCA MARINA & DR. LEE YOONG WEI. Both PCA & Doc were very helpful and treated my 3rd son's eczema well, always very friendly and kind. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. LEE & PCA MARINA. 10. GENERAL SURGERY: DR. OMAR BADRIN is excellent. When my son had to be circumcised (2022), Dr. Omar handled it. Very smooth, and the doctor was also kind. Thank you so much Dr. Omar.

Visited Columbia Tebrau for my very bad skin problem that is Psoriasis and Hidradenitis Suppurativa after discussion with Dr. Saleh and Dr. Lee (Consultant Dermatologist) advice me to do an operation, to take out the infection area at my armpit. After operation the wounds took a very long way to recover because of the HS infection is cannot be cured Dr. Lee Yoong Wei give a very clear and patience explanation on the (HS) infection even repeat few time trying the best to make me understand on it, she give many solution and advice on how to reduce the (HS) infection and use good medicine to control the (HS). During the Dressing she is very *Patience* to hear and understand what i need and discuss trying to reduce the pain from the infection area even this is more than 130 days dressing now, Her Professional Dressing skill is still the same and keep on Improving trying the best to make it Perfect for every single dressing, the wound covering is Perfectly done especially at Armpit area is very difficult to make it Perfect cover but she make it👍👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 i have been trying many outside clinic(include foreign clinic) and is doctor do the dressing but is very bad and worse dressing skill, even foreign Hospital for Nurse dressing skill is bad too. But Ms Nabilah Dressing is always the best and Professional. If you are looking for dermatologist, highly recommend Dr Lee Yoong Wei. She's very professional, informative and took time to assess and explain my sister's and my eczema condition. Not like other doctors whom we have seen previously elsewhere who diagnose and give medication by just looking at our skin - which did not help. Very smooth process from registration to outpatient clinic to payment and taking medication.

The hospital is beautiful and well-equipped. Ibu Diana's customer service was very helpful. Dr. Tee Shin Kuan (nephrology) and Dr. Lee Yoong Wei (dermatologist) were excellent and explained things clearly and in detail, making it easy for patients to understand.

I had a very good experience with the skin specialist and the medical records department. Doctor Lee was professional, patient, and explained my skin condition clearly in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated the careful consultation and the time taken to answer my questions. The treatment recommendations were helpful and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I would also like to thank the medical records department for their efficient and responsive assistance. The staff were polite, helpful, and handled my document requests smoothly and promptly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and appreciate the professionalism shown by both the doctor and the supporting staff.
