Have visited SunMed several times. This time, I came to the orthopaedic department with my wife for a check-up on a spine problem (scoliosis). I had previously seen Dr. Chua Hwa Sen for knee surgery over a month ago. Dr. Chua recommended seeing Dr. Saw for my back pain. The service here is okay. The doctors are also okay.

This was the first time, I admitted to sunway medical centre. I was disappointed that I didn't get 2 beds ward room at first (2 beds ward room always high demand) and without any choice I was arranged to 4 beds ward room. Thanks to Doctor Chua Hwa Sen (Orthopaedic & Trauma specialist) arrangement after the surgery, I was admitted to the special monitor room (4 beds ward room), the services given by the nurses there was good. I need to give a good compliment to nurse Zaira (from 3 E ward), she really did her good job until the last minute I changed to 2 beds ward room. I also need to thanks to Doctor Chua Hwa Sen, he is a good doctor and have a sense of humour. I am glad that I have make a right choice. I also noticed that most of the patients went for the robotic surgery can recover faster and not that painful.

Visit Dr Chua Hwa sen at orthopaedic department. Environment is clean and new. Facilities and services are good. Staff are friendly.

Dr Chua Hwa Sen and his team especially his nurse support team, Tei and Michel are very, very supportive and encouraging. The nurses at the ward are also efficient, courteous and helpful. Keep it up.
