Came back here for the 3rd time for my health check up and also brought my husband. We arrived before 8am to get a number then proceed for the pcr test for rm5 each. Once done we were assisted by someone to the screening area. Once we r done with the checkup, we got a complimentary food voucher. I had coffee and egg sandwich to fill my hungry stomach from fasting. Then we head back to the area to get our report consultation from DR Lee. Overall, I noticed their service is alot better this round. With someone kept checking on our progess everytime and also speed up the whole health screening experience although theres alot of ppl.

The staff here are very friendly and attentive, they give detailed explanation before each procedure. I done my screenings in 2 hours and get my result in less than 2 hours with Dr Lee's consultation.

I had a full body health screening today at Columbia Asia Hospital in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I am very satisfied with the service. The doctor and all staff were warm, professional, and very attentive. The test results, including the consultation, can be collected within one day, which is very convenient. I was admitted here for dengue and they placed me in a 2-bed ward. It was my first time being hospitalised. The pain and inconveniences of dengue aside, honestly, my hospital stay of 4 days was pleasant. I am thankful to have Dr. Lee as my doctor as he is reassuring, calm and polite. He communicates well about what he plans to do and the expectations about my recovery process. He checks on me at least 1 to 2 times a day. Nurses attended to me at the ring of a bell and they were very friendly as well. One nurse/personal care assistant worth mentioning was Shanthi as she was the one who was looking after my follow-up/medical checkup. She was caring and thorough. She also remembered my name and face. My room was clean and bright. The bathrooms were clean and very accessible. The bed was comfortable. Only wish they have thicker blankets because nights were a little cold. The process of discharge, G/L and pharmacy were quick too. All done within an hour, or slightly more. With all things considered, dengue really sucks but I am glad I was cared for in this PJ branch. August 2023.
