I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the amazing team at Pantai Medical Centre, especially Dr Muhammad Imran and his angioplasty team, for their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care. I was previously diagnosed with triple vessel disease and a very high calcium score of 1300 during a CT scan at another heart specialist centre, and I was informed that I might require bypass surgery. Feeling worried about my condition, I contacted Pantai Medical Centre for a second opinion. Despite his busy schedule, Dr Muhammad Imran responded personally to my WhatsApp message and asked me to come to his office on the same day. After reviewing my condition, he immediately arranged for an angiogram procedure, and I was admitted the following day. The entire medical team prepared me carefully before the procedure, and on the procedure day, Dr Imran and his team worked tirelessly for almost 2 hours to treat my severely calcified LAD artery with multiple 100% blockages. Alhamdulillah, they successfully inserted 3 stents and managed to avoid bypass surgery. The other arteries will be treated with medication. I am truly thankful to everyone at Pantai Medical Centre — from the registration staff, ward nurses, support staff, and especially Dr Muhammad Imran and his team. Their professionalism, teamwork, and empathy gave me confidence and comfort during one of the most difficult moments of my life. They are truly my heroes. Most importantly, Alhamdulillah and thanks to Allah SWT for blessing them with the knowledge and expertise to make this possible.

Experience of being warded in B3-323. Dr. Saladina, Dr. Khong, Dr. Maya & Dr. Imran worked very hard and did their best, praise be to God... The Total Thyroidectomy operation went very well. Endless thanks to all the doctors and all the nurses and staff in Ward 3B, everyone was kind, gentle, and very helpful in all aspects... everyone was friendly and heartwarming. Nurse Aina helped keep me company and chatted with me from 3 am to 4 am because I couldn't sleep after the operation. Staff Siti Khatijah, Teacher Peggy, Physio Nurse Fariza, and many others, I've forgotten the names of all the kind staff... they were beautiful, sweet, and made me feel calm and at ease throughout my stay in the ward. Hospital Pantai KL is indeed the best.

Dr Muhd Imran is a wonderful doctor who takes time to listen to you and is very reassuring. He also explains everything clearly. Want to say a big thank you to all his staff nurses as well as the others at the Heart Centre.
