I recently underwent a septoplasty and turbinoplasty procedure with Dr. Thong How Kit, Consultant ENT at KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital on 29 November 24 to address my deviated nasal septum to the right and inferior turbinate hypertrophy. He carefully explained my condition and the details of the procedure, ensuring i felt informed and confident every step of the way. The surgery went smoothly and ive experienced a noticeable improvement in my breathing since then. During my hospital stay, i was admitted to Sakura Ward, where the staff provided outstanding care. Greetings. Firstly, the doctor who treated my wife, Dr. Thong, was very satisfactory and excellent, and very friendly. Secondly, the cleanliness of the toilet in room 573 needs improvement. There is a lot of green and black mold in the corners of the floor and sink. The walls are also stained.

Dr Thong How Kit (ENT) was very pleasant and professional. Explained things well and settled everything in a few hours. Good service!
