He made me feel safe and confident throughout the whole process. Even after the operation, he did my stitches perfectly, and took such great care in every detail. During my stay at Prince Court Hospital, I was truly amazed by how wonderful everyone was — the nurses, the staff, and the entire medical team were all so kind, professional, and caring. The hospital felt more like home than a medical place. Everything was organized, clean, and handled with so much love and respect. Now that I’m back in Bangladesh, I still can’t stop thinking how grateful I am. Dr. Chong Kheng Ling is not just an incredible doctor — he’s someone who truly cares about his patients. I was admitted last week due to an annular tear at two levels in my spine and was experiencing severe lower back pain. I chose Dr. Chong Kheng Ling as my specialist and have no regrets. He was patient, thorough in explaining my condition and options, and never pushed for unnecessary procedures. During my stay, I opted to undergo PLDD under sedation. Dr. Sekar was the attending anesthesiologist, and I truly appreciated how mindful he and his team were of my existing medical condition. They made me feel safe and well cared for throughout the procedure. Recovery was supported by the wonderful staff at Ward 5F. They were attentive, caring, and professional. Even on my last day, when I unexpectedly vomited while waiting for discharge, the nurses responded quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Fidah for her help. The lady cleaner and F&B staff were also consistently pleasant and kind. Overall, I had a very reassuring experience and felt genuinely cared for at every step.
