Dr. Thirumurugan explained everything very clearly and in great detail before the surgery, which made me feel confident and safe. He is extremely patient, caring, and always took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. What impressed me the most was how closely he followed up on my recovery personally. From before the surgery until after the operation, he made sure everything was progressing well and always made me feel reassured and comfortable. The nurses and emergency department staff were also excellent throughout my hospital stay. They were attentive, kind, responsive, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance, which made the whole experience much more comforting during a stressful time. His clinical assistant, Ghaury, was also polite and patient during the follow-up registration process. The hospital food also had many varieties and was surprisingly good. Thanks to Mr. Hafizal for his warm hospitality. The surgery went smoothly and my recovery has been very good.
