The quality is deteriorating lately, especially SOC 3. I had an appointment with Dr Benji and I was the first one who came at 5pm (for context registration starts at 5.30pm and i couldnt register earlier). 5.30pm sharp, i wanted to register but the receptionists allowed people who came later to register first. Then i had to wait until 7.30pm to see the doctor although i was the first one who came. Terrible! The hospital seriously has no respect to people's time. Initially I gave 5 stars but because of terrible registration lately, I have to give bad review to be fair to other people who plan to visit this hospital.

Easy to find parking space and convenient, can be paid using any card for payment, just sebelah bangunan je. My mom is outpatient for her joint problem. Coming for third time and on 1st floor there is limited food but really delicious food, kek pandan auntie sedap. 👍 Dr Benjamin Cheah are my mother's doctor. The overall experience for appointment until payment are quite fast since every department has qr code, its numbering system using qr, so we use the same qr code the whole process. Can check the queue in our phone too. Excellent service and really friendly, helpful and kind staff. Long story short, I have a problem with hospital confirmation for my mother symptoms for company claim. A bit complicated since its HR for my sister company and the patient is my mother. HR ask for confirmation of symptom for mother's expenses claim. So the situation is something like my mom got frozen finger but I put frozen shoulder instead in the email and the doctor deny the claim. So I decide to come to PMC to settle this matter. Got really helpful staff (Taasha) help out with everything from explaining the process, meet with doctor assistants and even giving me the clinics number so I can follow up with the process myself. I got flustered and panic a little bit since its such a big mistake on my part but with Taasha help, she was generous enough to help out the entire process of speaking with other staff. Thank you Taasha for the help, really appreciate it.
