From the very first day of admission, through every treatment and check-up, Dr Lo has always taken the time to patiently explain my condition and treatment plan. This has given me clarity, reassurance, and the confidence to face the uncertainties along the way. I would also like to sincerely thank every nurse who cared for me. Whether I was feeling unwell, having a fever, or experiencing pain, or even during moments when I felt emotionally low and exhausted, you were always there with attentive care and gentle kindness. These meant a great deal to me and gave me strength when I needed it most. At the same time, I would like to highlight an issue regarding the hospital facilities. During my visit the shared facilities, especially the public restrooms, were insufficient for the number of patients, often resulting in long waiting times. I hope this can be reviewed and improved to provide a more comfortable experience for patients. This journey has not been easy, but because of your professionalism and warmth, I never felt alone. What you have given goes beyond duty — it is genuine care, compassion, and dedication. Thank you for everything you have done for me. Having my chemo treatment at here with Dr.Lo, everything is good from service, arrangement of revisit and the room. Cafeteria with a lot of choice, but there is some room for improvement about taste. Sometime some nurse work at night shift might need more training due to faced some nurse have no idea how to solve problem during midnight.

Stay here almost 1 weeks, warded in ward 5A, all good services, the staff nurse very friendly and soft spoken.. especially nurse Haikal very kind..also Dr Grace, Dr Lo Woei Chong. I will recommended to my friends, and people out there to go to this hospital. So good. Thank u Regency .
