I am extremely satisfied with how my thyroid surgery went and my collar incision was beautifully and professionally done by Tan Sri. Came all the way from Indonesia to accompany a family member (also from Indonesia) to do a right thyroid removal surgery with Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham at UCSI Hospital. The hospital is spacious, there is a lot of sunlight, and every part of it is clean. Everyone from the doctors, the nurses, to the admin staff are friendly, responsive, and very attentive to the patient's needs. Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham and Dr. Peggy Cheang (Anaesthesiologist) are approachable and they take their time to explain in detail the procedures that shall be pursued, they are patient in answering all the questions asked by the patient. Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham did an excellent job with the right thyroid removal surgery. No change in voice, no complications, and very minimal scarring. Our experience with UCSI Hospital has been flawless. This is a top notch hospital with great service and highly dedicated staff members.
