I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sakhtiswaran, who calmly reassured me, explained everything clearly and made sure the entire process was smooth and comfortable. His kindness really helped ease my fears. A BIG BIG thank you to Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham, he is truly the best. His skill is exceptional and indeed he has magical hands. Despite his incredibly busy schedule, he still takes time to attend to his patients, listen attentively, provide comfort and show genuine care. He made sure I was doing well every step of the way. I am extremely satisfied with how my thyroid surgery went and my collar incision was beautifully and professionally done by Tan Sri. My appreciation also goes to Shamini, who assisted me with such efficiency, patience and warmth throughout my journey. A HUGE thank you to Dr. Peggy, whose positive energy immediately eased my nervousness. I was very scared before the surgery, but her reassuring presence helped me calm down so much. Ucsi hospital have very good environment and clean facilities . The Doctors and Nurses are very friendly and helpful. I just have my surgery last week by Tan Seri Dato Sri Noor Hisham, he is very good and humble doctor, he very patient to explain us everything in details. Thank you everyone.

Came all the way from Indonesia to accompany a family member (also from Indonesia) to do a right thyroid removal surgery with Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham at UCSI Hospital. The hospital is spacious, there is a lot of sunlight, and every part of it is clean. Everyone from the doctors, the nurses, to the admin staff are friendly, responsive, and very attentive to the patient's needs. Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham and Dr. Peggy Cheang (Anaesthesiologist) are approachable and they take their time to explain in detail the procedures that shall be pursued, they are patient in answering all the questions asked by the patient. Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham did an excellent job with the right thyroid removal surgery. No change in voice, no complications, and very minimal scarring. Our experience with UCSI Hospital has been flawless. This is a top notch hospital with great service and highly dedicated staff members.

My mum was admitted for thyroid surgery under Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham this week. Tan Sri is friendly and approachable. His diagnosis and surgery skills were excellent as her voice was not affected after the surgery and there was no complication whatsoever. The hospital room was well equipped and comfortable. The view from the room was also nice. Nurses were also kind and friendly. Although the hospital location seems far, I realised that it only takes about 20 minutes drive from Seremban, so it is ok even driving from Petaling Jaya. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍 👍 Ben
