Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr Haji Noor Hisham Bin Abdullah

Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr Haji Noor Hisham Bin Abdullah is a highly respected medical professional specializing in breast and endocrine surgery. He obtained his medical degree and Master of Surgery from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). He furthered his expertise through a fellowship at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Dr. Noor Hisham is recognized for his extensive experience and contributions to the field, including numerous publications and textbook chapters on endocrine surgery. He served as the Director-General of Health for Malaysia from March 2013 to April 2023, and before that, as the Deputy Director-General of Health.
