This hospital is very good. From the receptionist to the nurse. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The ward is clean, modern and well managed also for food is very delicious. I always feel velued and care for here. Dr Nadia and Dr Narisa was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened carefully, answered all my question and made me feel at ease throughout during my stay. Also for ward 3, staff, very kind, polite and fast respond for patient call bell.

Always great and attentive service from staff and nurses here Dr Aileen attending my son's dry skin condition. Great doctor, very helpful. My son's condition is getting better with her guide and prescriptions So much improvements from previous management. Hopefully will be better and better 👍🏻 Update Oct 2025: Undergone hemi thyroidectomy under surgeon Dr Nurul Nadia. It was all pleasant experience from start to post operation. Radiologist Dr Joharuddin was very professional handling my 2nd biopsy. ENT Dr Eyzawiyah did a screening nasal endoscopy before my operation. Very subtle and did not hurt at all. Nurses were kind and very attentive during all of my visits. Never fail to smile and give warmest welcome for each visit. Thank you Aurelius. Keep up the good work. Certainly will recommend to others.

I have been under the care of Dr. Nurul Nadia Jamaluddin since October last year, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first consultation, Dr. Nadia impressed me with clear and reassuring explanations. Her kind and positive words had put me at ease, considering how anxious and overthinking I was before meeting her. I'm recovering well with the medical treatment following surgery performed in March 2025. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Nadia, Dr. Affan, the OT team and staffs of PWD3 ward for excellent care during my stay. I would also like to express my gratitute to customer service/front office team and OPD1 staffs especially SN Nuratikah, Sr Kaliammah and HCA Bagavati for their support and kindness since my first outpatient visit and throughout two months of wound care at clinic. The dressing procedure has been managed by Atikah and Sr Kaliammah with exceptional skills, ensured my wounds healed smoothly.
