The staff, from the receptionists to the doctors, are all incredibly attentive, compassionate, and skilled. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with complete medical equipment. Thank you Dr. Danny from ENT Department for your services . From my mom first consultation with him, I felt confident in his expertise and compassionate approach to care. He took the time to thoroughly explain my mom condition, treatment options, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. I highly recommend Dr. Danny to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate ENT Specialist . He is truly an asset to Sg Long Specialist Hospital.

Honestly, this hospital was never on my list of places to be admitted. I had never heard of it before and didn’t know that an ENT specialist was available here. It was fate that I ended up being admitted yesterday after all five of my top-choice hospitals were fully occupied. This place is safe and peaceful at night, with free guarded parking. I was fortunate to be first attended by a doctor with the same name as mine in the emergency area (Dr. Ihsan). The medical assistants and nurses were all very friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised to have Dr. Danny Wong, the ENT specialist, attend to me immediately that night. He was highly professional and even communicated with me in Bahasa Melayu, which I truly respected, aside from his medical expertise. Additionally, I was impressed by the hospital’s diverse staff, representing various racial backgrounds. It was great to see such inclusivity, and they all spoke both English and Bahasa Melayu fluently. I have no complaints at all. They truly deserve five stars.
