Despite being eligible for free treatment at a government hospital, as my wife is a civil servant, I chose to undergo the procedure at your centre specifically because of Dr Shailendra’s reputation and skill. I would also like to convey my deep appreciation to Dr Lim Woon Lai, Anaesthesiologist, who was in charge on the day of the surgery and who took the time to carefully and clearly explain the procedure to me, which greatly reassured me. In addition, I wish to thank the surgical ward team, the dedicated nursing team at Ward 5A, the porters, and the staff from the laboratory and radiology departments. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay made my experience comfortable and stress-free.
