I had a wonderful maternity experience at this hospital. Our obgyn, Dr Noor Fidak is well experienced, exceptionally caring and attentive, ensuring both the baby and I received excellent care. Her clinic's assistant, Yanie is superb, very very efficient, well coordinated and even applied our GL before our checkups so that we dont have to wait long on the day itself. The team during our c-sec Dr Fadhli, Dr Rashdan, that friendly nurse (Puva?) - everyone was working in sync so fast and efficiently made the entire process smooth and am very grateful for that. The downside, nobody answers the general phone line, hardly on time. Towel is not included in package out of all the things. Add on items were not told beforehand, only when we get the bill. Food - could be better, for this hotel's standard I find it quite plain. Baby swaddles - cute but my daughter was given a boy one so people got confused when visiting. Suggest to use plain, gender neutral swaddles Overall service, facilities and atmosphere - 5 stars!

I am truly grateful for the outstanding care that my husband received from both Dr Azlan and Dr Fadhli. Their expertise and compassion made a significant difference in my husband recovery. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of orthopedic surgery and anesthesia care. Neitherless i would like to thank to Premier Ward 10 , ICU Operating Room team and Surgical Ward for their care.

I had a memorable experience being admitted as well as delivered my 2nd baby at KPJ Damansara 2. I was initially admitted under Dr Jaideep (Gastroenterologist) due to cholecystitis then unexpectedly delivered my baby prematurely at 34 weeks under care of Prof Dr Imelda (O&G consultant). Her professional expertise is beyond doubt and she kept me well-informed on the progress and options available for me. Dr Fadhli (Anaesthesiologist) gave me meticulous explanation on the risks and options of anesthesia (spinal vs GA) and very attentive to me to ensure for pain free experience post operation. Dr Masri (Neonatologist/Paediatrician) is very friendly, he encouraged and supported my breastfeeding journey despite being separated from my baby, and always keep us updated on his condition. The neonatal ward is also conveniently located just next to the maternity ward to accommodate regular visit for mothers. Overall, other than the calming ambience, the doctors’ proficiency kept my heart at ease and I am assured that I am in safe hands. The nurses in wards, labour room and clinic were also very skillful and supportive during my admission until I was discharged. I am truly grateful for the hospitality by DSH team and definitely will recommend them for top-notch medical service.

The treatment I received at DSH2 Hospital was exceptional. The doctors (special thanks to Dr Haliza, Dr Fadhli, Dr Sharifah Faradila, Dr Rashdan) were not only highly attentive but also transparent throughout the entire process, clearly explaining the treatments and procedures being undertaken. They took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I fully understood every step of my care. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, contributing to a relaxing environment. The nurses were equally caring, always attentive and responsive to my needs. Overall, my experience at the hospital was extremely positive, and I am truly grateful for the excellent care and transparency provided by the entire medical team. Fly high KPJ DSH2!
