First time mum, gave birth on 12/09/24, via c-section after not progressing during labour. Was admitted a total of 4D 3N. Dr Liew was professional, calm and composed throughout the induction process and made us feel comfortable and safe every step of the way with the assistance of the midwives who were kind and gentle. Dr Liew and the rest of the team at the Preterm Prevention Clinic (Dr Imelda & Dr Haliza) were amazing during my pregnancy. I had a shirodkar cerclage put in (2D 1N) at 14 weeks gestation and that procedure was done quickly and comfortably. Even my anaesthesiologist Dr Zuraini did an amazing job- no pain, and she helped keep me calm and happy in the OR (got her during my c-section as well!). Could not recommend and thank them enough for helping us bring our baby girl into the world. Especially after having a 2nd trimester loss last year, they know exactly how to treat their patients and ensure a safe, happy pregnancy and delivery. Would also like to say thank you to the nurses at the Nursery who took care of my daughter extremely well when she had to have phototherapy due to jaundice. This is so far the best hospital i have ever been. Thank you to Dr Shamsul Iskandar, Dr Thanusha Krishnan and Dr Zuraini and team that have made my treatment the most sweet memorable moment in my life. I remembered when i told Dr Syamsul that I worried that my meniscus surgery that he suggest, will be so painful like the previous surgery I had 4 years ago, that it gives me trauma in getting another knee treatment. But Dr Syamsul reassured me that it is the pain management that the team will take into with extra precaution. Then after the surgery, Dr Zuraini even prepared me extra step to cope with my pain if needed, but i can say that I barely need it! I am comfortably lied down on bed watching TV without any tears coming down,unlike 4 years ago. I am so grateful that Dr Syamsul really take my request seriously and really helped me to counter my anxiety throughout the admission days. I am so sure with the vast experience that Dr Syamsul have, have made the surgery so successful with almost no pain. The physiotherapy session also for me was a great help for me to heal fast. The tips given, the take home advice made me think like they all have undergone the surgery as well, as they really understand how hard it is to back into physical routine, haha! They are so helpful seriously. And yes, Dr Thanusha Krishnan, she is really good in giving motivation so I can watch out my sugar level well. Not only that, she is like a friend to me, always praise me for having good control of sugar level, make me less worried about it and making me feel really appreciated here.. she made me feel proud of myself after the hard work of abstaining good sweet food for years haha 😂 Not to forget to Ms Nithia from billing department that still keep in touch with me even after almost 3 weeks discharged. I know I can always ask her anything about DSH2 if needed next time. She always offered me any help that she can. I am so happy that almost everyone I met here is like a family to me. I hope DSH2 will always keep it this way. There is always something that money cannot pay, its your love towards your patients. Congratulations DSH2!

Exceptional Care and Expertise – A Truly Outstanding Doctor! DR LIEW, DR HALIZA, DR ZURAINI, and DR SOH We have had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Liew, and we can confidently say that he is one of the best doctors we have ever encountered. From the moment we walked into the office, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Liew took the time to listen attentively to our concerns and situation, ensuring that we felt heard and understood. Just fyi, my wife's condition is one of the rarest in the world (1 in 1000 women). What stands out the most is Dr. Liew's exceptional knowledge and expertise. He explained the condition in clear, understandable terms and laid out a treatment plan tailored specifically to the needs. The doctor’s approach is not just about treating symptoms; it’s about treating the whole person, and we feel incredibly well-cared for.🥰 Also, even when he was out of the country, Dr Liew followed up on our progress personally on a daily basis. At the same time, Dr Haliza assigned and attended to us and ran all the required tests to further determine the situation, then provided us the best recommendations and next course of action.💪 Dr Liew even rushed back to the hospital immediately from the airport right after he landed and then attended to our situation thereafter. Additionally, the office staff was friendly and efficient, making appointments easy to schedule and ensuring that we were comfortable throughout the visits.We never felt rushed during my appointments, and Dr. Liew made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly. On the delivery day, 15 mins before the op, the anaesthetic Dr. Zuraini gave us her honest opinion, which actually helped and mitigate the risks we were about to face before the surgery. Great 👍 honest opinion, which we are blessed. After the delivery, paediatrician Dr. Soh took charge of our newborn's progress and then gave all her honest insights. She gave early recommendations so that we were able to avoid our newborn from having jaundice. 🥰 The nurses in maternity and nursery departments gave their utmost best service and displayed high standard professionalism throughout our admission. We are extremely grateful for the care and attention we have received and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Liew, Dr. Haliza, Dr. Zuraini and Dr. Soh, to anyone in need of a compassionate and skilled physician.

Thank you Dr. Aliza for the treatment and diagnosis of my gastric condition using the endoscopy/pH study and overall scan. Thank you also to Dr. Seeni who performed my cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal surgery) smoothly. Thank you also to Dr. Zuraini for performing the anesthesia procedure smoothly. All the doctors provided excellent care during the treatment. Not to forget the friendly service of all the staff nurses who always looked after me during my hospitalization. It can be said that all services from the emergency room, registration/admin/billing/housekeeping/hospitality were the best.
