The service was good. The doctor Pn .Habiba and nurses are very friendly and always there to help you if you need anything. The food is awesome as the fish steam smooth (Thanks to Ms Kumari for serving food with love and smile and deliver extra milk and sugar sachet as request). Special APPRITATION & Thanks to all day and night staff who involve Bed 514 and good caring me and taking care of their duty in their good manner.Thumps 👍 up to all. Noted* Just to remind again (kindly please take this as serious matter,every patients in emergency ward must use wheel a chair to bring to x-ray dept or any facility room by the facilitior and it's one of the procedure .I walk back to ER from x-ray dept and the facilator is none there. This is my first time getting admission in BTMC. My first experience give me the best experience care in this medical centre. I had a major injury on my left ear and was undergoing with Dr Muthu who takes care of me well like own son!! Although I knows things take time to recover back but those words he told me give me a hope that I can become better. Apart of that, I doesn’t have the nurse names who assist me. Please help me give them kudos and best services compliments to each of them. The was doing their role well and keep me happy & cheers as am staying in house. I like to thanked each of you for taking care me well!! I will definitely see you again for my follow up. Unless you can recognise me, we can go for a tea breaks 🥹

I am so glad to found Dr Muthu Kumar coz he helped me to resolve my tonsillitis problem without surgery n he assured that with proper medication and follow up check up I'm able to get recovery fast....he is very caring n friendly Doctor n his explanations to patients is very good n highly recommended Dr Muthu Kumar coz he is best ENT doctor I ever met...thank u for the nurses mdw and other staffs as well for the great hospitality...
