When i alleged burns on my face , ear , neck and right chest, i almost gave up by treatment given by others. But the first day i met with Dr Syazli, he gave me the hope and promised me will give back the old me. And yes he did it. With zero pain healed me from A to Z . My Deepest Gratitude to Avisena Woman Child Hospital and Its Incredible Team Throughout my recovery journey, I’ve been wholeheartedly recommending Avisena Hospital to my friends —especially for burn treatments and accident-related care. I was truly fortunate to be placed under the care of Dr. Wan Syazli, an expert plastic and cosmetic surgeon, following a second-degree chemical burn that affected my entire face, neck, chest and hands. Under Dr. Wan’s skilled hands, I underwent various procedures including skin grafting and Kenacort injections and etc... Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I’ve now reached my 17th milestone in recovery since December 2023, and I’m close to 90% recovered. I truly feel like a phoenix, rising again—reborn and healing steadily. A special thanks as well to: Appreciate Nurul and Fizza whom always the best lady whom help me to arrange any of the appointments / cares. I always remember Nurul and Fizza your both warmest hands landed to me when I was in fear n tears while undergoing some procedures. Nurul the only nurse helping me shampoo my hair while my 20days stayed in hospital in Dec 23. We went to Avisena Women and Children Specialist Hospital for our baby boy cleft reconstructive surgery with Dr Wan Syazli. Throughout the check up process until surgery day, Dr Wan had walk us through in details of his step and planning so that we truly understand and most importantly feel confident that our baby is in the best of hand and it was indeed an assuring approach by Dr Wan. We know we are not the first baby he had done this surgery, but he still taking the step of ensuring we are truly confident and comfortable with his steps. And sure enough, my wife and I couldn’t believed our eyes with the results and needless to say, Dr Wan have “pull a rabbit out of a hat” with this one and what he have done was nothing short of a miracle touch. We are truly blessed and couldn’t thank him enough for the successful operations. Post-op, we monitored Airell’s recovery stage at the ward for 3 nights and I have to say, Avisena truly take their hospitality service seriously. I mean from the staff, the facilities, the ward, the service up to the warm welcoming feeling. We truly feel safe here knowing we are surrounded by special skill people and fantastic facilities and amenities. Airell’s recovery was tough, he was crying a lot and continuously which cause a bit of concern as it could jeopardize the stitching at his wound. But the nurses at the ward are always responsive to the cry and ensure he is calm down and rested throughout the time we are at ward. All in all, I couldn’t think I can thank Dr Wan and Avisena team enough. It was indeed the right decision to do Airell’s reconstructive surgery done here and we couldn’t be more happy with the result. Thank you Dr Wan Syazli and the team. **Remarkable service and a great experience filled with new knowledge!** What started as an unplanned visit to Dr Wan’s Aesthetic Clinic turned into an unexpectedly meaningful experience for our family. Our son accidentally hit his forehead against something sharp, resulting in a wound that required stitches. Before this, we only knew that a wound needed to be stitched, we never realised that there were actually so many details involved in the stitching process. When Dr Wan Syazli treated our son’s wound, we could truly see the attention to detail in every step. From the way the wound was assessed and prepared before the procedure, to the neat and precise stitching, and the clear advice on wound care after the procedure, everything was explained thoroughly. Our son was warded and required anaesthesia for the procedure. As an autistic child, he can be less likely to tolerate certain medical procedures easily. Therefore, the expertise, patience and professionalism shown throughout the process made a significant difference. The wound was treated exceptionally well, and the stitches were beautifully done. We also gained new knowledge about post-procedure care, including what to do after the stitches were removed and the treatment required afterwards. These were things we had never really known before. A special thank you to Dr Wan, as well as the nurses and staff at Dr Wan’s Aesthetic Clinic, who were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout this entire month-long journey. Praise be to Allah. All praise is due to Allah. Dr. Syazli, Nurul and Fiza staff. I was fortunate to meet a doctor who is an expert in his field, and also friendly staff. I came here because of an accident that happened to my 8-year-old daughter. She lost 1/4 of the tissue of her lower lip. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, with the precise treatment and surgical expertise of Dr. Syazli, her lip has recovered. Fully recommended. The treatment cost was also not burdensome.
