Admitted 1 day because of daughter's mishaps, all I can say is that the overall experience has been an absolute pleasure. Dr. Wan Syazlin was very friendly and easy going while being professional, the staffs were very good too, the facilities are great. No regret checking in into this hospital.

I was truly fortunate to be placed under the care of Dr. Wan Syazli, an expert plastic and cosmetic surgeon, following a second-degree chemical burn that affected my entire face, neck, chest and hands. Under Dr. Wan’s skilled hands, I underwent various procedures including skin grafting and Kenacort injections and etc... Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I’ve now reached my 17th milestone in recovery since December 2023, and I’m close to 90% recovered. I truly feel like a phoenix, rising again—reborn and healing steadily. A special thanks as well to: Appreciate Nurul and Fizza whom always the best lady whom help me to arrange any of the appointments / cares. I always remember Nurul and Fizza your both warmest hands landed to me when I was in fear n tears while undergoing some procedures. Nurul the only nurse helping me shampoo my hair while my 20days stayed in hospital in Dec 23. The entire Avisena team—from doctors and nurses to cleaners—has shown such kindness, professionalism, and care. They treat you not just as a patient, but as a friend. I visited a few times for consultation and treatment with Dr Wan Syazli in the aesthetic surgery clinic. The hospital is clean, well staffed, efficient, and has a good atmosphere. Dr Syazli is patient, kind, and understanding. It's definitely a hospital I would use again, should the need arise. While the clinic I attended is based in this hospital, surgery itself a undertaken at the nearby Avinesa Specialist Hospital.
