3/11 i was admitted in ward 4A, which is lodger under daycare for my next cycle of iv medication undercare dr ruhaila.. overall d service started from admission (BO), ED who inserted my line, SN sallehuddin, ED team & dr syafa helpful and discharge process was handled smoothly and with care. Tqsm. The staff were attentive, courteous, and made sure every step was clearly communicated. Tq for d excellent service and professionalism among DR and staff.. highly recommended and i will recommend to my family members, friends to get treatment here! I would like to share one small concern abt the food, especially the fried fish, is still rather salty as it was during my last admission. I appreciate if this could be reviewed for future improvement. Thank you!!

Hi. Almost 8 years of follow-up here under Dr. Ruhaila, Dr. Tahir, and I've also seen Dr. Rahman. I've been admitted multiple times. So far, everything is okay. From services, staff, and rooms, everything is okay. It's just that sometimes, the discharge process takes a little longer. Last but not least, a big thank you to Kak Emma (Dr. Ruhaila's clinic assistant) for helping me so much throughout these 8 years of follow-up 🌹🥰

I was warded in October with Dr. Ruhaila. The process throughout my admission was smooth. Starting from admission staff named Hazim was friendly and informative. The services in ward and the doctor are very welcoming. Also good initiative from hospital where a man from billing called me a few times regarding my bills.. I dont mind being warded here again.. first class service from them ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Ruhaila and the entire team at KPJ MAHARANI provided excellent, personalized care during my stay. Their commitment to patient well-being is truly commendable. Thank you for taking the time to explain every step of my treatment. I felt heard, safe, and supported also thanks to all staff expecially Jualiana, Tasha,Azyan ,Farahin, Syafikah went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Their empathy made a difficult time much easier. I appreciated the proactive follow-up call from the nurse. It helped manage my recovery anxieties .

Alhamdulillah throughout my treatment at kpj muar, the service from the nurses and doctor Ruhaila was very satisfactory. They really care about the condition of the patients under their care. The service from all the nurses on the 6th floor was very friendly. Doctor Ruhaila and her assistant (ema) were very efficient and very concerned about the patients while I was at her clinic. Alhamdulillah for everything.
