Admitted for sinus surgery under Dr Rosmaliza. From the appointment at the clinic, the clinic staff was very helpful, explaining insurance and how to admit to the ward very clearly. The staff at the ward were also very helpful in the treatment and friendly. The OT staff were also very helpful in calming me down before the surgery. The discharge process did take a while, but the ward staff gave good feedback every time I asked. Highly recommended for sinus surgery at KMI Kuantan🤗 Dr Rosmaliza is also very good at explaining. It is indeed the hospital of choice for my family. Because the rooms are also comfortable.
