The service here is welcoming & friendly, starting from the front desk (especially thanks to Mr. Zubir), Anaes Dr. Chin, ENT Dr. Syukra & the team who treated me (Dr. Syukra is the best, a lot of knowledge is taught & experience sharing, very comfortable).. The hospitality here is the best, the waiting time is not long (less crowded & staff update progress queue for us), the hospital interior looks new & fresh, the ward rooms are comfortable, the meals are delicious, the nurses are all efficient in their respective tasks.. Recently, my uncle, who came from England for a vacation, had an accident in which he cracked his nasal bone. The best part of our experience was the staff, especially the front desk team, who were very friendly and helpful. They personally ushered patients to their respective outpatient clinics. The ENT specialist, Dr. Nik Mohd Syukra, was particularly kind, informative, and approachable. The nurses were also incredibly friendly, which helped keep my uncle calm throughout the process. Additionally, the emergency staff were attentive and quick in making decisions. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I will definitely recommend Aurelius Hospital to others.

2 years ago I stayed here at that time it was called PMC. Treated by Dr Syed and Dr Wan Atman for 9D8N. Dr was very detailed. Everything was complete, blood was taken for various tests to find out what my illness was. Alhamdulillah it was easy for me to refer to Htaa. The nurse staff were all good. The counter was also friendly. That's why even though I stayed 9d8n, I was okay. I requested to change rooms after a few days of staying, they just served me. Now the name has changed to Aurelius Hospital. The service is still the best from the guard to the doctor. This time I met ENT Dr Nik Shukra for 3D3N. Dr was very softspoken and gentle. Alhamdulillah for the best service and experience. When I was about to wait for GL to be approved, we waited for him in the lobby. I coughed then the male staff there immediately came and handed me drinking water and helped me open the lid. That was the best act of service. The food was also delicious. This time they had the best catering because there were many meals. I was always full, no need to order outside. At the time of discharge, I got a gift from the ward. Tq for your best hospitality.
