Thank you, Dr. Puneet He is an excellent and highly responsible doctor. In October 2025, we went to Klang Holiday after my husband was involved in an accident where he fell and injured his cervical spine, resulting in paralysis. Fortunately, we found Dr. Puneet who done him a operation promptly during the critical golden hour and saved his condition. My husband stayed in the hospital for more than 10 days, and the nurses provided very attentive and compassionate care throughout his stay. After 11 days, we arranged for an ambulance to transfer him back to Singapore. The surgery was successful, and my husband is now able to walk again, although he is still in the process of recovery.

im very satisfied with care. appreciate to SN Siti Aisyah and Miss Elizabeth from OPD because helping me through out admission under dr puneet. Dr puneet and Dr sakthis is very good dr and good explanation and care. but a bit unsatisfied care from Medical Officer from Emergency Department, Despite my brother already inform that Dr puneet noted and ask to admit from emergency department still The emergency dr refuse to call dr puneet and suggest to refer to physician. But Staff nurse at emergency yellow zone very good and helpfull especially 1 male staff nurse very help and resourceful. and The female nurse that sent to ward also very nice. upon discharge the customer service madam emma also very nice. Cashier Haninah also very helpful and clear explanation.
