Alhamdulillah, i am very grateful and superb satisfied with my labour experience at KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital. Gratitude to Dr Rasliza Ramli, Sister Tina, Sister Fatihah and everyone involved. Kindly informed, i am first time mom and they help me go through labour till the end with positivity, good support and proper instruction. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible care and support I received during my labour experience. From the very beginning till the end, the midwives demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and genuine dedication, which made a significant difference during such an important and vulnerable time. I love how professional Dr Rasliza was during my low pain tolerance for labour 😂 She handled it well and the stiches was neat. They handled my stubbornness with patience. Sister Tina and Fatihah were so good non stop giving me support during labour. They remind me my mission to give birth normal during contraction and tell me what to do after doctor instruction. During contraction, u will forgot everything due to the pain but thankfully the doctor and midwives functioning so well helps me to succesfully give birth naturally. The doctors and nurses were not only highly skilled but also incredibly reassuring. They took the time to explain each step of the process, listened attentively to my concerns, and ensured that I felt comfortable and informed throughout. Their calm and encouraging presence helped ease my anxiety and gave me confidence during labour. What stood out the most was the kindness and positivity shown by everyone involved. No question felt too small, and every effort was made to respect my preferences while ensuring the safety of both me and my baby. The team worked seamlessly together, creating a supportive and positive environment. Thanks to their exceptional care, my labour experience was much smoother and more positive than I had anticipated. I am truly grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend this team to any expectant mother seeking compassionate and professional maternity care. Thank you for making this special moment in my life such a memorable and reassuring experience.
