I gave birth via Caesarean section at KPJ Kajang and stayed at the hospital for 4 days and 3 nights. My experience with Dr. Rasliza was excellent—she is highly experienced and skilled, which helped ease my fear and nervousness as a first-time mother. Her calm and confident approach made me feel safe and reassured throughout the process. The nurses in the ward were also very helpful, responding quickly and making my stay more comfortable. Special thanks to Puan Fifi, who guided me with breastfeeding and shared many useful tips for a new mom. She was very supportive, friendly, and professional, which gave me the encouragement I needed to start breastfeeding my baby. My baby had to be kept in the nursery for treatment due to a lung infection, and Dr. Meena, the pediatrician, immediately started a 5-day antibiotic treatment. The care and attention given in the nursery were excellent. The nurses like Mrs.Guna, Mrs. Kanmani treated my baby as if she were their own, which truly touched my heart. However, I did have one less pleasant experience with a particular nurse in the nursery. Her way of communicating was unfriendly and unclear. As parents who couldn’t see our baby often, our emotions were already fragile, and we felt that her tone and choice of words were insensitive. It’s crucial for medical staff to be trained in communication skills, especially when dealing with emotional parents. That said, after I raised my concern, the nursery manager, nurses, and staff took immediate action. They sincerely apologized and provided even more support moving forward. One of the nursery nurses even called me personally to update me on my baby’s condition, which I deeply appreciated. This response was very productive and had a positive impact on our overall experience. Thank you to all the kind doctors and nurses at KPJ Kajang. Despite the minor hiccup, your care and support made my first birth journey a meaningful and memorable one. 💖

Alhamdulillah, i am very grateful and superb satisfied with my labour experience at KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital. Gratitude to Dr Rasliza Ramli, Sister Tina, Sister Fatihah and everyone involved. Kindly informed, i am first time mom and they help me go through labour till the end with positivity, good support and proper instruction. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible care and support I received during my labour experience. From the very beginning till the end, the midwives demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and genuine dedication, which made a significant difference during such an important and vulnerable time. I love how professional Dr Rasliza was during my low pain tolerance for labour 😂 She handled it well and the stiches was neat. They handled my stubbornness with patience. Sister Tina and Fatihah were so good non stop giving me support during labour. They remind me my mission to give birth normal during contraction and tell me what to do after doctor instruction. During contraction, u will forgot everything due to the pain but thankfully the doctor and midwives functioning so well helps me to succesfully give birth naturally. The doctors and nurses were not only highly skilled but also incredibly reassuring. They took the time to explain each step of the process, listened attentively to my concerns, and ensured that I felt comfortable and informed throughout. Their calm and encouraging presence helped ease my anxiety and gave me confidence during labour. What stood out the most was the kindness and positivity shown by everyone involved. No question felt too small, and every effort was made to respect my preferences while ensuring the safety of both me and my baby. The team worked seamlessly together, creating a supportive and positive environment. Thanks to their exceptional care, my labour experience was much smoother and more positive than I had anticipated. I am truly grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend this team to any expectant mother seeking compassionate and professional maternity care. My wife delivered our first lovely baby here. Dr Rasliza sangat soft spoken dan explain really well during our pregnancy journey and delivery here. She also stitch really nice and it helps recovery process. It show how experienced she is. Labor room was so beautiful. I would say 4.9 ⭐ rating. 0.1 was due to limited parking space, but they have option to park at building on another side. I am okay to go there as long as my wife safe deliver.

16/7/2024 ~ weekly check up 10/10 10.40am : Attended my weekly pregnancy check up with Dr Rasliza & detected cervix dilation about 3cm so Dr gave instruction for further admission and straight to the labour room. Very clear & professional decision making. 16/7/2024 ~ Admission Counter 9/10 11:37am : Waiting time about 1hr 15min to complete all the admission process. Quite smooth but i gave 9/10 as the staff at the counter forgot to remind me about covid 19 test , so i have to take quite some times to settle it first even already paid all the bills and supposedly can direct to the labour room. 16/7/2024 - 17/72024 ~ Labour room 10/10 12:45pm : Stayed 1 night in labour room and surprisingly all the midwife nurses were very welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional. Services given were very pleasant and they offered so much helps. My husband also got a pretty lovely consideration from them to accompanied me during my stays. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO DELIVER BABY HERE !! LOVE THE ENVIROMENT & THE SERVICE HERE. MEMORABLE FIRST BORN BIRTH EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU TO DR RAS & ALL NURSES TOO. Special thanks to Nurse Tina, Nurse Atiqah and Nurse Miza for extra care and services right after my labour process. Very helpful during my transfer from labour room to ward.
