I almost lost my son, thankfully they brought my child back. As a mother, seeing my child lying in the emergency room and then transferred to the ICU/CCU, with tubes all over him, that pain wasn't just on him, but in my heart too. I was devastated, scared, and helpless. Thankfully, Dr. Thanusha's guidance, comfort, and abundant positive energy and confidence helped my child recover day by day. Her every word helped us, who were also experiencing emotional trauma, to heal slowly. I am also grateful for Dr. Albert's professional expertise in treating my child. He is a very optimistic and cheerful doctor. He patiently explained every step of the treatment process and comforted us, reducing our worries and anxieties. Every word from him gave us hope and allowed us to see our child improve every day. Although my child is still in the recovery process, with Dr. Albert's professional ability, we have 100% confidence in his recovery! I am also very grateful to the nurses in the ICU. I was asked to consult Dr Albert by Dr Sharifah. Dr Albert & his staff (Neethea) is very helpful. He answered all my queries. Neethea from the 1st engagement, she called me to fixed the Dr. appointment date & managed my GL. She even assisted me in fixing my next appointment to be the same date with my appointment with Dr Sharifah. Consultation went smoothly. Overall the service given was a pleasant one. Thank you.
