I had a very good experience at Columbia Asia Hospital Batu Kawan. The staff here are professional, friendly, and truly care about patients. At the reception, Aruna and Lee Hui Ping handled everything very professionally. They guided me clearly through the registration process and ensured everything was smooth and efficient. Their patience and professionalism really stood out. At the Ortho clinic, Salomia, the nurse, was very attentive and caring. She treats patients with kindness and makes sure we feel comfortable throughout the process. Her dedication and warm approach really make a difference. I also want to thank Dr. Kor, who is very professional and friendly. He explained clearly, gave me confidence throughout the consultation, and showed genuine care for my condition. Special thanks as well to Physiotherapist Noranis Sharmine, who guided me through the physiotherapy sessions patiently and with great expertise. The doctor and nurse super friendly, and caring, especially treat patients with kind hearter. Dr. Kor Yee Sang and Dr. Tan Li Fen very professional and full heart to help the patient. Ms. Nur Shafinaz is good caring nurse, she speak very well mandarin, handle old folks whom only speak Mandarin. Our family like the doctor and nurse here, professional and passionate.
