My father just discharged today after undergoing OGDS, colonoscopy & polypectomy (fortunately is benign) by Dato’ Dr Ganesanathan and laparoscopic right hernia repair by Dr Lau Peng Choong. Previously he underwent laparoscopic left hernia repair at Pantai Melaka Ayer Keroh by Dr Lim Eng Seng on October 2019. Thankful that the procedures and this admission are also covered by Etiqa Family Takaful my father is having. Really appreciate the hospitality shown by all Pantai staffs especially Dr Azlin Julina and all the staff nurses at Level 4.

I had a comprehensive medical check-up and colonoscopy at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur between 27–30 April 2026, and overall it was a very positive experience. For the medical check-up, we were attended by Cardiologist Dr Ng Wai Kiat. He was pleasant, clear, and concise in explaining both my wife’s and my results. What stood out most was his practical and balanced approach—he provided sound advice without being overly aggressive in prescribing medication, which we truly appreciated. My colonoscopy on 30 April 2026 was performed by Gastroenterologist Dr Ganesananthan Shanmuganathan. The entire process was smooth and professionally handled. Special thanks to Nurse Zurina and Nurse Lukman, who assisted with registration and preparation—they were very helpful, reassuring, and made me feel calm and comfortable throughout. The procedure itself took about an hour. I regained full consciousness shortly after and waited approximately another hour for the results. Dr. Ganesananthan then reviewed the findings with me efficiently, showing the scope images and confirming that no concerning issues were found. All in all, Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur has excellent facilities, an efficient system, and a highly competent medical team. The level of care and professionalism provided gave us great confidence and peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Pantai Hospital KL endoscopy department provides excellent diagnostic, treatment and care.. The teams (doctors/nurses/support staff) are committed. The diagnosis (endoscopy procedure provides very detailed results). Dato Dr Ganesananthan, a very experienced gastroenterologist treated me very well in every aspects not only for gastro matters but also on overall health, he is very detail, patient, helpful and a good person to share my concern ... Dato Dr Ganesananthan is assisted by Ms Zurina, a very friendly support staff and always give a warm welcome on each visit, seemless service from appointment arrangements until Bill payment..
