Warded for 3 days, had a really good experience here. Had an amazing labor experience with dr mastura. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room 112 very spacious and clean

My sincere Thank You to Dr Mastura. She is the most genuine treating Dr I have seen so far. She listen carefully, explain, and tried her very best to accomodate international traveller patient who seek for last minute and sudden treatment. Her effort is very much appreciate❤️❤️❤️ Secondly Thank You to Dr Tan who accomodate my low pain treshold in the operating room. My husband admited that I was lucky to have a super accomodating Anestetist! On the other hand, management team at cashier, discharge, and admission needs some work to speed up for real. The unnecessary waiting time frustrate patient more. Another highlight issue is post discharged, hospital finance contacted me for extra payment not covered by insurance as they claimed. I immediately respond and paid them but when I scan through my insurance claim list, they actually did claim under my insurance. That means its double charge! So I texted the same person whom chased me for the double bill paid, He / She didn't respond!! That is IRRESPONSIBLE!! If a patient could paid instantly, the hospital with 24/7 staff service should be responsible to respond! P.S. WE medical staff knows hospital flow and whats real procrastination.
