    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Raymond, Cardiologist, for the excellent consultation. Special thanks to CA Intan for her clear and detailed explanations regarding the procedure flow and GL claim process. I would also like to thank Radiographer Afifah and Nurse Maisarah for their professionalism and assistance during my CT Coronary Angiography procedure. A big thank you to the SPD team, SRN Izni, SRN Suraya, and CVT Afif, for their friendly service, excellent explanations, and kind assistance throughout my visit. Overall, the service and care provided by KPJBP were excellent. All the staff were professional, helpful, and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended! Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service and care. 👏❤️

    I had a very positive experience with Dr. Raymond and the entire cardiac team at KPJ Batu Pahat. Dr. Raymond performed my angiography procedure professionally and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained my condition, the procedure, and the treatment options available. He took the time to discuss everything in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured that I fully understood the situation before moving forward. His expertise, caring attitude, and excellent communication gave me great confidence and peace of mind. The cardiac team at KPJ Batu Pahat was also outstanding—professional, attentive, and supportive from admission through recovery. Their kindness, dedication, and efficiency made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.     My husband underwent angiogram under care of Dr Raymond. Very lucky to meet Dr Raymond, and good services from Cathlab team and ICU team. Friendly staffs and nice food here. Very pleasant experience.
