Alhamdulillah, the best service and all KMI staff are very friendly to customers starting from the emergency department and immediate examination even though the MRI was done at night for direct referral to the relevant Dr. Specialist. Dr. Mohammad Syauki is very caring and regularly monitors the ward to ensure the patient's condition. Dr. Anesthetist and OT are very efficient in addition to cooperation and referral with Dr. Heart Specialist, Dr. Suhaimi. Staff nurse in Ward 5A is very friendly and prudent including the cleaning staff and food management. The rooms are beautiful and clean and many equipment are provided including patient clothes like government hospitals and Islamic hotel level complete with Al Quran, prayer mat and Qibla guide. Managing children is easy because the rooms are large and not shared as well as providing extra blankets and renting bed chairs which are affordable and very helpful and comfortable. Continue to provide the best service with solid service and people-friendly. The food management also provides hot food ordering services for families at reasonable prices and the hospital menu is all delicious, healthy and 5-star hotel standard.
