I had my ENT surgery done here and I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received. A special thank you to Dr. Arvin Balachandran for his professionalism, clear explanations, and excellent surgical skills that put me at ease throughout the whole process. I would also like to sincerely thank nurse Radha Krishny for her kindness, patience, and attentive care after the surgery ; she truly made my recovery more comfortable. The entire hospital staff were friendly and supportive, and the environment was very clean and well-organized. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I’m deeply grateful to the ENT team for their dedication and care.
