Thank you for the hospitality, the process was very smooth down in Emergency department, its just that it took a long time to assign a bed . My ENT doctor , Dr Arvin gave a detailed explanation and treated me very well and the Nurses in NDW was friendly and the care provided was good . Frequently they were checking on me . Overall I would like to thank them for the great hospitality. The only recommendation that I will suggest is the waiting time for assigning the bed .

I went there with a blocked ear but Dr Arvin was very helpful and managed to let me be able to hear clearly. The clinic assistant, Ms ong was so helpful. Thanks to BTMC. Would come again

I had my ENT surgery done here and I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received.
