Well trained staff and Dr Koay (ENT) is highly professional

On 10/7/2025, my mother, Mdm Yesodhammal, visited Dr. Koay C.B. for her ear infection, and Dr. Koay prescribed Ciprobay antibiotics 250mg BD. However, as my mother is not fluent in Malay and English, there was some confusion during the payment process. The cashier did not ask or check whether there was any medication to be collected. Later, around 5:30 PM (10/7/2025), I received a call from the Sunway Medical Centre Pharmacy (1st Floor) informing me that the prescribed antibiotic was not collected. I was very shocked and upset as it was already quite late, and my mother stays far away in Batu Caves. Around 7:00 PM, I went to the Ground Floor Pharmacy to collect the medication. Ms. Kaashmeera Nair assisted me promptly. She kindly brought me to the Emergency Department cashier and helped to clear the process quickly. Everything was settled within 10 minutes. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Kaashmeera Nair for her professionalism and excellent service. She was very polite and took the time to explain clearly the importance of taking the antibiotic on time. She also apologized sincerely for the inconvenience caused. Her thoughtful and courteous service truly impressed me, and I am very satisfied with her assistance today.
