Doctor lim is very kind and helpful. At first i whatsapp the number to ask regarding ent consultation. I never thought that the doctor himself will reply. I ask him where should i go to meet him for cheaper option. And he suggested to go meet him at hospital putrajaya. No worries of waiting game because its under fpp option. Still cheaper than other private ent clinic. He treated my son very well and he explain clearly on my son’s condition. He even help to clear my son’s earwax which already stuck inside. My son really like him too. He keep on saying “the doctor is good lah mommy and tak sakit pun”. Even after a week of meeting at hospital, dr lim texted me on whatsapp and ask me regarding mu son’s condition. I was suffering from ear infection with extreme pain and i was blessed to meet Dr Lim. He was very patience in listening to my problems and provided me advices with calming and pleasant demeanor. His advice was good and he provided me accurate anticipation on the progress so that i would not feel worry when I was back home. He was also very responsive to WhatsApp queries. During the procedure, he offered me to observe the entire process via the screen and he was very gentle to minimize discomfort. He also checked my previous medication and provide advices so that i would not need to incur unnecessary additional payments. I am pleased that I am recovering well.
