Pantai Hospital Ipoh 2A (2016 under Dr. Sushitha) Returned to Ipoh for family matters, and my child had a high fever. Thank you to all the PM shift staff in the ED department & Dr. Suren! Fast service, registered around 6 PM, and was admitted to the ward by 7 PM. To all the staff in 2A, you have been the best since the beginning! The room was comfortable and spacious, hehehe, and the food was also delicious.

My family and I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the staff at PHI during my stay, especially to Datin Dr. Mimin for her kindness, calm, skill, and competence throughout my check-ups and during the delivery of our baby. A special mention also goes to Dr. Too Heng Hau and Dr. Sushintha Samudram for their credibility, confidence, and commitment, which made us feel safe and comfortable. My sincere thanks to the entire maternity ward team whose names I didn’t have the chance to learn—from the nurses to the housekeeping staff—for showing such professionalism and dedication, making our stay truly pleasant. Millions of thanks to Dr. Surendran and the team on duty at the Emergency Department on 02/03/25 at approximately 2 am. Your swift actions have saved my child's life, who was severely weakened by oxygen deprivation at the time. From the ED, my child was immediately transferred to the ICU/HDU for close monitoring. Something I must commend Dr. Surendran for is his visit to the HDU to check on my child's progress. This shows his responsibility towards his work. My thanks also go to Dr. Sushintha, the HDU staff, the Physio staff, and the Ward 3A staff for providing excellent treatment and care to my child during their stay.
