We had a very positive experience at this hospital. From the moment we arrived, the staff were professional, caring, and attentive. Special thanks to Dr. Wong Chee Sing, Dr. Pravin, and Physiotherapist Mr. Wong who took time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which really gave us peace of mind. I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Wong Chee Sing who took care of my sick baby. Dr. Wong was incredibly caring, gentle, and humble, always checking on my baby with so much patience and kindness. As a parent, it was very reassuring to see how dedicated and compassionate the doctor was, treating my baby not just as a patient, but with genuine love and concern. The nurses were also kind and attentive, always ready to help, which made a stressful time much easier for our family. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Huge thank you to Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh, especially Dr. Wong and the amazing nurses in the NICU and Nursery. Their service was truly tip-top. My baby was admitted due to RSV, and the care he received was outstanding. Dr. Wong explained everything clearly, monitored him closely, and kept us calm throughout the whole process. The nurses were incredibly gentle, caring, and attentive—they treated our baby like their own. I also want to raise awareness for other parents: RSV can be very serious for babies below 1 year old. It may look like a simple flu at first, but symptoms can worsen quickly. Please take precautions, practice good hygiene, avoid exposing your baby to sick people, and seek medical help early if you notice fast breathing, wheezing, or difficulty feeding. Thank you once again to Dr. Wong and the NICU/Nursery team for taking such good care of our little one. Truly grateful.

Brought my 2-month-plus baby to Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh for the rotavirus vaccine and had a great experience. We met Dr. Wong, the paediatrician — he was very gentle, informative, and reassuring throughout the visit. The medical team was professional, and the whole process was smooth and fast. The hospital is new, clean, and easy to navigate with clear signage. It's also easily accessible with convenient parking. Highly recommended, especially for parents with young children!
