Just last month, I had my first baby. Today, when my baby was unwell, I immediately thought of Dr. Beh. Despite his clinic being fully booked, he kindly agreed to see us in the emergency unit after hours. As a new mom, I was anxious, but Dr. Beh’s calm, compassionate approach put me at ease. The anesthesiologist was also very good; the procedure for anesthesia was painless. The staff and anesthesiologist made me feel calm. I previously had a traumatic experience with anesthesia. However, at Hospital Seri Botani, I received excellent service. I am very satisfied. The nurses who visited my home after I returned from the hospital were also very friendly and welcoming, polite, and very respectful of patients 🥰.

For my first pregnancy, choosing a hospital was truly a headache. I kept listening to others' opinions, and many people said Hospital Seri Botani was good, so I finally chose that place. Dr. Nilawati is very meticulous, observant, careful, and gentle. Although she is a Malaysian doctor, her medical skills are no less than those of Chinese doctors. The nurses and customer service staff there have excellent and very polite attitudes, including the cleaning staff. Because my baby's head was not positioned downwards at 36 weeks of pregnancy, the doctor recommended a Cesarean section, and I chose to have the surgery. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. On the second day after surgery, my pain level when getting out of bed was only 2-3. On the third day, I was discharged like a normal person, and the scar is also beautiful. The nurses took very careful and gentle care of the baby. Even Dr. Beh was gentle and considerate when seeing the child. Thank you to the hospital staff for taking care of me and my baby.
