I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Beh Boon Ping for his exceptional care. Last year, he treated my nephew with so much love and attention, ensuring his well-being. Just last month, I had my first baby. Today, when my baby was unwell, I immediately thought of Dr. Beh. Despite his clinic being fully booked, he kindly agreed to see us in the emergency unit after hours. As a new mom, I was anxious, but Dr. Beh’s calm, compassionate approach put me at ease. I’m truly thankful for a doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. I highly recommend him to any parent. Thank you, Dr. Beh.

For my first pregnancy, choosing a hospital was truly a headache. I kept listening to others' opinions, and many people said Hospital Seri Botani was good, so I finally chose that place. Dr. Nilawati is very meticulous, observant, careful, and gentle. Although she is a Malaysian doctor, her medical skills are no less than those of Chinese doctors. The nurses and customer service staff there have excellent and very polite attitudes, including the cleaning staff. Because my baby's head was not positioned downwards at 36 weeks of pregnancy, the doctor recommended a Cesarean section, and I chose to have the surgery. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. On the second day after surgery, my pain level when getting out of bed was only 2-3. On the third day, I was discharged like a normal person, and the scar is also beautiful. The nurses took very careful and gentle care of the baby. Even Dr. Beh was gentle and considerate when seeing the child. Thank you to the hospital staff for taking care of me and my baby.

My son admitted last 2 weeks under pediatrician Dr. Beh B.P due to fever. Dr Beh treats very well and a nice pediatrician. Very gentle to the kids and his treatment plan suits well with my son. Warded for 2 nights with excellent services from staffs also. Thank you 🙏 …

My newborn baby was admitted for phototherapy for neonatal jaundice for 2 days 1 night. The hospital is clean and spacious. And most importantly, the care that my baby received was exceptional. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr Beh and the nursing team in Ward 3 paediatrics for taking such good care of my baby. Would definitely recommend Hospital Seri Botani to the residents around this area.
