谢谢你, 黄凯安医生 [Thanks, Dr. Wong Kai Ann ］ We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Wong Kai Ann for the care my mother had in Bagan Specialist Centre. My mom had undergone total knee replacement at Bagan Specialist Centre on both knees in Oct 2018 and early Apr 2021. Dr. Wong was the Orthopaedic Surgeon who performed the two surgeries for my mom. He patiently explained to us about my mom's knee problem and the procedures involved in surgery during our preliminary appointment, pre-operations and post-operations. He conveyed it thoroughly, informative and we were confidence in his profession. My mom had her first knee replacement surgery (left knee) in 2018. The results was encouraging. Hence, we decided to come back to Dr. Wong for total knee replacement on right knee in Apr 2021. My mom had good recovery after the second surgery. Her daily movement and activities became smoothly day by day. She is happy with her new knees and we are happy for her too. 😄 All of this, we attribute it to the excellent professional attention she received from Dr. Wong and the nurses in Bagan Specialist Centre. Thank you Dr Wong and the nurses for your professionalism, patience, hard work, and commitment to excellent medical care.

My first time visit this hospital since i moved to butterworth. Price is affordable as a private hospital, service not bad too. Especially Dr. Wong Kai Ann, very professional and explain everything to me very well. Really appreciate.
