My surgery with Doctor PAISAL went great, he’s amazing surgeon who’s very professional, polite and passionate, with all the visits I had including the hospital admission, surgery all the way to the discharge time. He took his time to explain all the procedures throughly, I appreciated his calm demeanor. Doctor Afnizar was my anesthesiologist, she is so wonderful and kind that she made me feel so comfortable during the surgery that, I felt I had a sister in the operating room. During postoperative care with pain management, she was very responsive and knowledgeable in treating my case, I appreciate her very much for the care I received from her. The nurses at the ward MD2 and Labour Room (where I spent two nights for the lack of beds in the MD2 ward) and Ambassador Ms Uma Devi and her colleagues, the room service staff the house keeping were all excellent and very supportive of my care. First time admitting hospital and operation. Frustrated at first coz knowing nothing and worry about my life. Was thinking I’m so healthy for past 40 years. Thank you Dr Afiq and Dr Afnizai for doing my operation and explain all the things pro and cons to me. Thank you all nurses are so helpful, taking of me when I’m not convenient to move day and night. Also Customer Service Ambassador Ms Uma Devi helping me also. Finally, I’m discharge and able to go home sweet home.

The receptionist named Syafiq was also excellent in handling insurance matters and consistently followed up with customers. The nurses named Siti Aisyah and Shary were also very good, patient in dealing with patient's demands, and spoke gently. Having undergone surgery twice at this hospital, it is truly excellent. Dr. Khoo provided very detailed explanations, was approachable and easy to communicate with, and was attentive to the patient's pain. Thank you, doctors, for taking care of me.
