Dr. Shahir is an expert doctor for slip discs. I had slip discs at L3-L4, L4-L5, and L5-S1. Initially, I received treatment at a hospital in Subang, but my condition progressed. After researching specialists for slip discs, I came across Dr. Shahir's name. After undergoing several procedures, Alhamdulillah, I am now fully recovered. Nurse Ira was also very helpful. Highly recommended for anyone with a slip disc.

Big thanks to Dr Shahir, Pain Interventionist Specialist. I have seen multiple orthopedics in regards of my severe slip disc L4/L5, however my problem was not solved. To summarize, Dr Shahir was able to identified the root caused and fix it. On top of that Dr Shahir make sure i get the best rehab from his team for recovery process. I had good experience as in-patient. I was treated by Dr Shahir Anuar and his team (Pain Management), the nurses at level 3, radiology & physio unit & concierge. It was really great. I opted the cheapest room (2 persons). The room is really nice because it has wall partition so the patient will have their own privacy. Dr Shahir is so detail he even managed to diagnose my other problem and referred me to other specialist (which i will do later). Everything was good pharmacist & discharge except...waiting time at the admission & outpatient billing (especially on Saturday, the place for billing & pharmacy would be so crowded). Aside from that, i waited nearly 1 hour for a covid test eventhough im alone. The customer service only told me to wait for nurse to bring my kit. If she told me that it is a lunch time then it will take longer tome maybe i am okay. But they just told me to wait. So Avisena Management, my complain will be mostly to the Ground level staff. 2 counters for billing arent enough. Even Columbia Asia Seremban has many counters But, i will definitely come back this hospital especially for Pain Management.

Im suffering with headache and back pain more then 2 years one of my friend recommended Avisena specialist to meet Doc Shahir. Doc Shahir go thru everything and he knows my problem and the cost of my pain and he start with the treatment until my pain reduce. And not forget his assistant Puan Ira are really friendly, humble, sweet and responsible person. Went I go for follow up she always guide me in emergency time, for me Dr Shahir was my god father.
