My visit to Subang Jaya Medical Centre was excellent. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Sia Kian Joo, who took the time to explain my nose issue in a way that was easy to understand. Additionally, the patient liaison ambassador, Ms. Vi Voon, was incredibly helpful and patient. She explained the insurance claim process clearly and thoroughly, which made everything much less stressful. I'm very thankful for their professionalism and care.
