My father had an urgent emergency condition to his kidney problems including his artificial line to his dialisis ops. When referred to the doctors here, mainly DR azhar (naphro), DR arman (reconstructive surgeon) and DR aznan, i can personally vouch and pledge that the treatment & professionalism given were simply magnificent, 7 stars treatment and the doctors here were extremely nice & friendly. Even during the consultation visits of the doctors to the patient, almost 100% of relief, confidence and assurance were already created. All i can say is, upon discharge from this hospital, we always leave with a big smile on our face and feeling of satisfaction and full of happiness.

Excellent Experience at MSU Medical Centre I’ve had a truly positive experience at MSU Medical Centre and would like to commend the entire team for their outstanding service. Registration Process The registration staff are highly efficient. They handled everything with the insurance company, including securing the Guarantee Letter (GL). Any issues that arose were dealt with directly by the hospital, which made the process smooth and stress-free for me. Emergency Department The Emergency Department was prompt, professional, and informative. The staff responded quickly and provided clear communication throughout. Ward Care The nurses in the ward were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and meticulous in their work. They truly took great care of the patients and made sure every detail was handled properly. Dr Azhar’s Clinic The nurse ( Ms Suzana) at Dr Azhar’s clinic were extremely helpful and responsive, even outside of clinic hours or when there was no appointment scheduled. I was able to message about medication or health concerns, and they would always check with the doctor and get back to me. Dr Azhar himself is a very dedicated and caring physician. He takes the time to understand each patient’s condition thoroughly and provides sound medical advice and treatment plans. When I first saw him, my kidney condition was critical. Alhamdulillah, under his care, it is now well under control. Since then, I have chosen MSU as our family hospital. Thank you and well done, MSU Medical Centre. Truly excellent service.

My experience while in msu medical centre doing dialysis from 17 may till 25 may 2024 and 1 jun till 4 jun 2024. Very good service. Nurse and staff incharge very friendly and treated well. Alhamdulillah really satisfied and happy with the services and facilities so far. I have been visiting the Specialist Clinic for a few times already and everything has been positively wonderful. I was referred to Dr Ahmad Azhar and he has been thoroughly explaining my conditions and the medical treatments done. His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident throughout my whole consultations and treatment. I am also thankful to be attended by Mrs Suzana, she is very helpful, friendly and understanding. She has been following up with me closely for each appointment and treatment, and has been patiently answering my questions. Thanks to her, the processes and procedures here have been efficient.
