I had an excellent experience at MSUMC! Huge thanks to Dr. Azhar, CA Suzana, Dr. Nurbaiya, and their amazing team, as well as all the nurses and PCAs of Ward 12R (12 Right): Sister Afizah, Sn Hanina, Sn Hawa, Sn Tulasi, Sn Naereen, Sn Adah, Sn Fathin, Sister Syahrizul, PCA Puteri, PCA Iqim, and PCA Tasha. The entire Ward 12R team was professional, caring, and attentive. The ward is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay very pleasant. Services were quick and efficient – CA Suzana was very prompt and helpful, Dr. Azhar took the time to listen to patient concerns, and Dr. Nurbaiya was soft-spoken, kind, and gave clear explanations throughout. The nurses were truly impressive – I was only needled once for my injection and blood taking, without any pain or bruising, which shows their skill and professionalism. I highly recommend Ward 12R and the specialist team at MSUMC to anyone seeking excellent, compassionate, and professional care.

My experience while in msu medical centre doing dialysis from 17 may till 25 may 2024 and 1 jun till 4 jun 2024. Very good service. Nurse and staff incharge very friendly and treated well.
