I admitted for endoscopy... Staff are very well experience. Give clear explanation. They welcome u and make u feel comfortable and less anxious. I can't forget nurse fezzy holding my hand till i fall sleep. Dr Samsul give well explanation n very gentle. I recently visited KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital for my checkup with Dr. Shaharudeen (I was admitted earlier due to food poisoning and acute gastritis) and Dr. Shamsul Amri for my gastric issues. The Good: While I’m definitely not a fan of hospital visits (who is, right?), I have to say they made the whole process effortless. Post-hospitalization, Atiqah from Dr. Shaharudeen’s clinic was especially helpful in assisting me to obtain my GL during my follow-up. That kind of support really makes a difference. The Downsides: Confusing Layout: Now, the flip side, the building’s layout can be quite disorienting. It often takes me longer than expected to find the clinics, and I have had to ask people for directions. Clearer signage for exits, lifts, pharmacy and GL counters would really help. Food Options: The KREATE café was underwhelming. I ordered roti bakar with kaya and butter plus an iced chocolate (around RM22), but the taste was disappointing. Also, there’s not much choice for food nearby, apart from one café on the First Floor. Verdict: Excellent medical care and helpful staff, but navigation and food options could really use improvement.

On the first day, due to full occupancy, we couldn’t get a room immediately, but the team managed the situation seamlessly and later directed us to the premium ward. The follow-up via email afterwards was efficient and well-handled. The premium ward itself was exceptionally comfortable — spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The nursing staff were attentive, kind, and professional, ensuring I was well cared for at every stage. Service was prompt, and the atmosphere was calm, which really helped with my recovery. Overall, I am incredibly thankful for the doctors, nurses, and staff at Damansara Hospital KPJ for making a stressful situation so much more manageable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking professional care and comfort.
