Dr explains everything clearly and makes me feel comfortable, from diagnosis to procedure and recovery, helping me feel safe and well looked after throughout. Ini operation kali pertama buat saya..Alhamdulillah, surgery went very well, tak sakit lepas oprate, jahitan cantik, after 2 weeks dah rasa okay. Dr. Nagappan(Anesthesiologist)is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about his patients. He explained everything clearly before and after the procedure. And im truly grateful for my facet joint injection & RFA treatment by Dr. Ariff (Orthopaedic). He explained the procedure, minimal pain and what to expect afterward clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease. During the procedure, he was very careful and professional. Safely delivered my precious little human on 18/9/2025 💫 I would like to sincerely thank all the doctors involved and the entire midwifery team for their exceptional care throughout my pregnancy and delivery. My Obgyn, Dr Sharmini was always attentive, patient, and reassuring, ensuring I felt confident and well-informed at every stage. It’s always approachable, easy and comforting to have conversations with a doctor that feels like a friend. I was able to WhatsApp her any time of the day when I had some concerning questions. Delivery was smooth, calm and composed. I had 2nd deg perineal tear, thanks to her expertise, the sutures were so neatly done, healed faster than expected. Did my pregnancy detailed scan (one at 24 weeks & the other at 32 weeks) with the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist, Dr Kartik Balaraman. Friendly doctor. Scans were thorough and well explained. His nurse, Veni was kind and welcoming too. The staff midwives (Sr Zaza, Sr Imelda, Sr Jamuna, Sr Lena, Sr Huda, Sr Agatha, Sr Azizah and a few more of them that were on duty during my admission from 17/9/25 - 19/9/25) were compassionate, supportive, and constantly present during labour, making an overwhelming experience feel safe and manageable. The anesthesiologist, Dr Nagappan who carried out the procedure seamlessly and professionally, felt little to no pain at all. The pediatrician, Dr Wong that attended my baby, ensuring she’s in good health. Promptly followed up the next day to ensure baby is doing well. Thanks to this wonderful team, I had a pleasant delivery. Highly recommend this entire team to any expectant mother seeking professional, compassionate, and dedicated care. Special mention to the staffs/receptionists at the Lobby front desk/information counter for always being helpful as well as greeting guests and patients with a warm smile. Overall, my husband and I are satisfied with the services provided by CAH Bukit Jalil.

I brought my son to Columbia Asia Hospital Bukit Jalil on Tuesday, March 19th, due to an abscess. After initial outpatient treatment in the morning, he was admitted on the same day for a right proximal medial thigh abscess. The process was swift, from obtaining the GL from AIA insurance to him entering the operating theater at 5 pm. Dr. Zamri, the Consultant overseeing his treatment, explained all procedures and kept my son calm throughout, particularly during dressing changes. Dr. Nagappan, the anesthesia consultant, provided thorough options for my son. The entire surgical process, from pre-operation to post-operation, was excellent. I'm grateful to the attentive staff who looked after my son during his 4-day, 3-night stay. The facilities are in excellent condition and impeccably clean, as they are being newly launched. The in-patient meals were satisfactory; my son enjoyed them. I hope Columbia Asia Hospital Bukit Jalil continues to uphold its exceptional service and standards in the present and future. My 1st day here was stressful due to an irresponsible neighbour (2 bedded-room sharing) but things turned into an almost perfect stay for us. We are grateful for Mr Mani to assure us of better service which he did, wonderfully. A big thanks to this team here and we like what we saw here. You have win us over. Normally hospital food is rather bland and unassuming, but not in this hospital. Their chef has acknowledged our feedback concerning 'heavily salted' and since then, the meals are absolutely tasty, flavourful and we were just shocked that it comes out so well. Another round of applause to the Catering Team for whipping up Five Star Western Meals on a daily basis, which is our favourite! Just wished this hospital to be consistent in your service for all upcoming patients and your team-members is key to your success. Do take care of your young workforce. A big thanks to - Mr Mani, Puan Siti, Ms Ranveer, MD6 team, Catering Team, Housekeeping Team for ensuring our bins and toilet is cleaned. Cannot name so many names here but in my letter of gratitude to Mr Mani has said it all. I will be back to check on you guys! To the HR Team, pls reward the Nursing Team of MD6. To the other Dr Nagapan (anaesthesia), your assessment of her thyroid and explanation prior surgery was very well explained despite the nervousness during surgery day. But, you did it! Hooray!
