Hello everyone. I would like to humbly provide feedback regarding Aurelius Hospital Negeri Sembilan (AHNS). It all began when my husband, Adib, was unconscious on 1/12/2024 at the Emergency Department of AHNS. At that time, Dr. Raj (Rajendra Rao) came to inform us about what Adib was experiencing and what needed to be done immediately. Adib was in the ICU at AHNS for almost a month, and then continued his stay in the ward for about two more weeks. In total, our "vacay stay" lasted around 41 days. Throughout this time, Dr. Raj consistently provided treatment, advice, and his time to us as a family. Dr. Raj always updated us immediately, explained things clearly, and provided us with solutions. To put it simply, we are extremely satisfied with Dr. Raj’s service. He is thorough, experienced, and allowed us the opportunity to make informed decisions regarding Adib’s care. I am truly grateful for the quality of service he provided. AHNS should reward Dr. Raj for his exceptional care. Also Adib under care of Christopher for physio. Adib like his service and happy to do the exercise everyday. Also Faiz and Remy take in charge while Christopher on leave . This team should also get reward as their service towards patient are very impressive. I would also like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to all the doctors, staff, and nurses in ICU (Bay 2), Ward 106, Dr. Lawrence, Dr. Affan, Dr. Wale, Dr. Narisa, Dr. Lim, Team Marlina, Amira (GL/billing team), the cleaners, the security guards, and everyone else I may not have mentioned. We are deeply grateful as a family. We highly recommend AHNS to everyone for receiving quality treatment and service.

I was admitted for 3 days. All staffs from the registration till the medical providers are friendly, helpful and most importantly professional. First day I visited the hospital and was told I need admission for treatment, then they quickly contacted my insurance, get a room and performed surgery for me. I have been under the care of Dr. Nurul Nadia Jamaluddin since October last year, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first consultation, Dr. Nadia impressed me with clear and reassuring explanations. Her kind and positive words had put me at ease, considering how anxious and overthinking I was before meeting her. I'm recovering well with the medical treatment following surgery performed in March 2025. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Nadia, Dr. Affan, the OT team and staffs of PWD3 ward for excellent care during my stay. I would also like to express my gratitute to customer service/front office team and OPD1 staffs especially SN Nuratikah, Sr Kaliammah and HCA Bagavati for their support and kindness since my first outpatient visit and throughout two months of wound care at clinic. The dressing procedure has been managed by Atikah and Sr Kaliammah with exceptional skills, ensured my wounds healed smoothly. AHNS has delivered an outstanding patient experience and will remain my preferred healthcare centre in the future.👍👍

First and foremost I wish all the staff of Aurelius Hospital a "Happy Eid Adha".
